Second time

I just lost 5000 chips in a S&G tournament because it would not load. This is the second time it has happened. I did not receive a refund of the 5000 chips the first time. PLEASE credit my account with 10,000, the amount I paid but never got to play.

When you say it didn’t load how do you mean? Can you explain the problem please?
