Here is a little reading for all our ReplayPoker players..Enjoy the Rules of play

Community Playbook

Welcome to the Replay Poker Community Replay Poker is the best poker community on the internet and we’re thrilled that you’re a part of it. We’ve worked hard to create a friendly and safe environment for players of all kinds and as a result our community has grown into something special. This playbook is here to help you better understand and appreciate both the rules and expectations of the community, so that we can all continue to have fun and enjoy the great game of poker.

Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct is your general rule of thumb for how to behave in the community. Really if you use common sense and treat people with respect, you won’t have any issues. But just in case, we’ve put together this handy list for you:

The DOs:

Do have fun. Do make friends. Do be considerate. Do treat others with respect. Do be a good sport. Do be the bigger person.

Do give praise and positive feedback to your fellow players. The DON’Ts:

Don’t cheat. Don’t swear.

Don’t be a jerk. Don’t retaliate against anyone.

Don’t spam. Nobody likes spam. Don’t criticize others for their style of play. Don’t harass, threaten, insult, or bully other players.

Policies Where our Code of Conduct acts as a general guide for how to behave, our Account, Chat, and Cheating policies dig deeper into the specifics of our rules here on Replay Poker.

Account Policy

In order to help keep things friendly and fair around here, we have certain account policies that every player must follow:

Age Restrictions

Replay Poker is an adult site intended for players age 18 and over. We allow players ages 13-17 to create an account with the consent of a legal guardian who must read and agree to our Terms of Service. Players under the age of 13 are not allowed on Replay Poker.

Multiple Accounts & Sharing

Two simple rules:

You may only have one Replay Poker account. No sharing accounts - you, and only you, can use your Replay Poker account.

Usernames must NOT contain:

Swear words Sexual references Racial, ethnic, or religious slurs References to political or religious figures Inappropriate references to body parts or bodily functions

Alternative spellings of any of the above Just about anything found on Urban Dictionary Avatars

Profile images must NOT contain:

Rude gestures or profanity Profile Bios

Profile biographies must NOT contain:

References to conflicts with players and/or moderators Chat & Message Policy

We don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable, offended, threatened, or unsafe when they sit down at a table. To this end, we have certain rules and expectations for what is acceptable and not acceptable in the table chat, lobby chat, and personal messaging. Positivity, praise, and encouragement are always welcome, but we kindly ask that you DO NOT do any of the following:

Swear at other players or deliberately evade the swear filter. Name call, tease, or mock. We’re all people, we all have feelings. Use racial, ethnic, or religious slurs of any kind. Participate in sexual harassment, or unwanted sexual advances. Spam, solicit, or advertise. Intentionally annoy and/or provoke people. Flood the chat box with large amounts of text. Shout at other players in all caps.

It’s important to note that we are an international site and we have players from all over the world. We do not discriminate against players who use languages other than English in the chats, but the same rules and penalties apply to all languages.

Cheating Policy

Nobody likes a cheater, especially on a poker site. At Replay Poker we’re committed to offering all players a fair and competitive hand of poker, so we absolutely DO NOT tolerate the following:

Collusion - a situation in which you and other players work together, either by sharing knowledge or other means, to gain an unfair advantage. Chip dumping - a situation in which you lose a hand intentionally to another player in order to transfer chips, and vice versa.

In order to prevent cheating, we don’t allow players from the same household (or anyone sharing the same IP address) to play in the same ring game, or tournaments with 10 or less players registered.)

Penalties Of course we hope that everyone on the site will read and follow the policies we have in place, but unfortunately this is not always the case. We take every situation into careful consideration and use our best judgement before taking action on an account. If you break the rules, you can expect the following to happen:

Multiple Account Violations

If we find that you are managing multiple accounts on Replay Poker, the additional accounts will be closed and the chips forfeited.

Username Violations

If your username violates our policy, we will update your username to something more appropriate and you will have to contact us in order to change it.

Avatar Violations

A polite warning will be sent and the avatar will be updated to something more appropriate until you change it yourself. After a second violation your avatar will be removed and locked so you can no longer change it.

Chat & Message Violations

Since game chats and personal messages are the main channels where players can communicate with one another, we take our chat rules very seriously. Depending on the nature and circumstances of the offense, you may be given a warning or your account may be muted from periods ranging from one day all the way up to one month. Your account may also be muted permanently if we determine that is the best course of action. Time between offenses is always a consideration and penalties are adjusted depending on each individual situation.

Cheating Violations

We do not tolerate any form of cheating. Our Security & Collusion Team actively monitor the site for collusion and chip dumping. If guilt is proven, beyond reasonable doubt, the team will assess the severity of the offense and decide whether to issue a warning or temporarily/permanently suspend any accounts involved. All chips related to the the cheating will be immediately confiscated by Replay Poker.

Major Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended based solely on our judgement. The things that cause us great distress include:

Hate speech, bigotry, racism Sexual harassment Threats of violence Hacking or other actions that undermine the integrity of the site Aggressive harassment of staff members and/or moderators Posting malicious links Cheating in any shape or form Repeated violations of any of our policies

Appealing a Decision

We always strive to put our community first. If you feel you were wrongly penalized, you can appeal the decision by contacting the Replay Poker staff at support@replaypoker.com and explaining your side of the story.

Bottom Line The bottom line is that we want Replay Poker to be a fun and safe environment for all players. While playing on Replay Poker, you will encounter thousands of other players who share different experiences and come from vastly different backgrounds. While certain language and images may not be offensive to you, consider the fact that that same language and images may have a completely different effect on someone else. We’ve done everything we can to make this a great environment – now it’s up to you!
