Turns out there was an unexpected twist to this story - there was a “software glitch” in the host that was charging 5x the normal rake of the other tables. It turned out that I paid 50.5bb/100 in rake on one of the 4 zoom tables I was playing instead of the normal ~10bb/100. That had a large impact on the day’s results. I still would have had my butt handed to me but it brings the results more in line with reality. Running that far under expected EV didn’t seem possible, which is why I kept digging into the numbers.
