I have been playing here long enough to notice some player stereotypes. In this case I am referring to those who I only see playing on the weekends. I play throughout the week and it is clear to me that I MUST change-up my game to be successful on the weekends. I see more “bad” calls between Friday and Sunday night than I do all week and it doesn’t appear to matter the players’ rankings. I would also note that one’s patience MUST increase accordingly as well in such circumstances. I do see how it is possible to “win” with so many players willing to call with any two cards in any set of circumstances, BUT again, one must change up their game.

Play very tight, play as few pots as possible, thus reducing your probability of losing to a fluke. By the end of the first hour in MTTs, most will be gone.
