The fairness debate

I do not think so…but I play tournaments…win tournaments and I get chips but I also accrue points based on some calculation…so, if I bought a million chips my rank would not change because I have yet to accrue “points”

I do not know how it works in ring games…???

this site is to heavily weighted to the river card. Not realistic. Good thing it’s not for real money

I dunno, a lot of the time I have problems with the flop…

Lol, Scratch, not at all. It’s just that while you have been honing your craft in tournaments, a bunch of other players have jumped into the limpfest that is high stakes ring and gotten lucky enough to be up by eight figures.

FULL HOUSE STRAIGHT_FLUSH every hand r u kidding me

Royal can be annoying.

I has had like this on my ex account - str8 flush or Royal every day. And now on new account nothing , just folded all them

And the screwings continue. Replay’s software programmers are some sick people.

I encourage everyone to watch this hand if you are able… I think this accurately portrays the bs associated with replays programming… now given that I should have raised significantly pre-flop, it does go without saying the odds of this occurring in real life are slim at best… 4 players… two fold… well, you watch and be the judge.

I suppose the way to have played that would have been to call till the river and then all-in’d it, but given the 30% AA advantage, not to mention the low number of players calling… it just seems mathematically improbable…

Hi Tuscansam,
Hand 293450232 looks fairly normal to me. This is 9 handed in a MTT where there are 5 prizes? Not raising pre flop is very risky. If you take a chance and try to double your chips instead of winning just the Blinds, variance can happen. You are up against two opponents and it is not unlikely for one of them to have connected with that flop, even considering one of them is the Big Blind… As played, you are never winning unless you run some sort of bluff where you realise you are behind and represent a straight.

I totally agree with this writer. I’ve had the same thoughts for some time now. I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Can’t you just let the players play without your, the sites, influence??

Just curious!! I’m 81 and have played the game for many years!! On your site i’ve seen more 4 of a kinds in Texas Holdem in 2 months than I have in my entire lifetime!! I’ve also so seen more 4 suited cards at the turn by far than I’ve ever seen before!!
In Omaha I’ve seen more rainbow hole cards, meaning 1 card of each suite than I’ve ever seen before!!
I like your site but wonder if your card programming is realistic? Thanks!!

why do you consider favoring the chip buyers a fair game of poker? is it because they keep the site alive or what

yeah dont reply why is that? cant explain the cheesyness? you need a major upgrade in fairness not favorism. dont flag a player so they win nothing when they voice theyre opionion. i voiced mine and was muted for a week and i still voice it. nothing like poker

the key word in “improbable”… play this game very long and you see lots of improbable things…

Hello, I am from the USA and live in a state where gambling is legal both online and in casinos. I have played in hundreds of poker tournaments/tables and can genuinely say that something is fishy on the site. How often do you see flops that are straight flush draws, 3 of a kind, just mindnumbingly low % flops, that seem to consistently pop up in some cases several flops in a row.

There is absolutely no way that RNG (random number generator) or whatever algorithm the site uses is equiv. to a 52 card deck with burn cards.

I would bet any amount of money that they % of straights, flushes, 3 of a kind+, straight/royal flushes at tables on this site far exceeds anything else. Sit at a table with a 52 card deck, pass out hands as if there were several other plays, burn a card and flop. Do this 100 times. Now you understand that this site is not legitimate.

Interesting. I’m surprised nobody has mentioned this before.

It’s hard to argue with keen observation backed by hard data, thanks for bringing this to my attention!

odds r 4 x 2 b4 the flop

Maybe he is the Kwisatz Haderach…
