Software Did Not Recognize My Raise and Lock Low

To Whom,
First, thank you very much for your entertainment site! Now my issues…

  1. Why do you deal a new hand soooooooo fast? No drop going on here. Give it 2 seconds so we can look at what beat us. Can be very frustrating.
  2. If you look at my history of hands, the dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of times I get 99’s on Omaha is just uncanny. I even watch other players hands and it’s not even close! I NEED A ANSWER TO THIS…please.
  3. Today was not a good day for your software. I lost a huge hand because it did not recognize my raise and even folded me. I was not happy. Even another player made a comment.
  4. Also in the same game, your software did not recognize my LOCK LOW and I lost about 20k.

What do you mean by lock low?

I read in another thread that there were some issues with the site today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you.
