I was just playing normally when this happened. Is there anyone I can contact to find out the nature of the ban or rectify it? I have never shared the account, never spammed the chat, and never chip dumped.

Yes that happened to many of us, and has been reported to support. Seems to be cleared now.

I just got a message from support and they said it is fixed now. Something to do with the cloud.
