I don’t want to say anything until hearing from y’all.
You had 24 or 4J
He had a flush draw
He had you beat on the turn just waiting if the board would pair or not
It didn’t and he shoved more or less and you folded.
Realistically, I agree. it is replay poker. ABC players, also donk bet has become the new “meta” and he didnt played it optimally so yeah dude made the flush on the turn.
EDIT: actually on 2nd viewing he did played it optimally lmao I thought the pot on the flop was bigger.
There’s a lot of flop shoving going on in these stakes.
Flop Shove Flop Shove
It can be effective here again!
That’s crazy, I assume cuz they play shortstack and looking to bank on their TPGK+
Some players don’t even look at their cards.
Flop shove.
That’s it!
It is crazy!
so like
how mad would you guys be if I said I folded a flush
Not mad, you have your reasons but in “general” folding a flush was a big mistake.
he can have 2 pairs, sets, maybe some river straights or flush with 65.
A6 vs K2
You usually have k rag anyway so no stretch of the imagination it could be suited.
A6 suited most likely with that river bet.
Again, I have no notes on the player.
Replay does trend Ace flush over King flush a lot.
So, folding in that situation would make sense.
Interesting hand.
Thanks for posting!
Worldpeace : “You didn’t come here to fold”
Well you are in a hand with the 16th ranked player on the site. He defends his BB vs a standard button raise, not much to be gleamed from that. Flop he leads out with 30% pot and 72% of the last bet out of position and calls your re-raise at his standard cadence. He bet for information but he clearly got some piece of the flop. Third heart hits on the turn and he bets 1/6 of the pot and 45% of your last bet. I think this was a bet to induce a raise, you just call. So he follows with a pot sized bet on the river, which effectly puts you all in (only 1 million back). He sees the call on the turn as weakness and puts you to the test. Based on his reply the next hand, he had a flush but probably a fairly weak one. Remember he was in the BB and didnt re-raise a standard open not what I’d expect from a suited A in that spot.
I agree 100% SW, and I had 5h3h. Felt Villain had a lot of flushes here, but the biggest factor for me was that I think I also have a lot of better flushes in range to call with. Very close but elected to pass on the spot.
There is 0 chance I am folding K hi flush here. Take my money!
Pretty mad. Not so much because of the fold, but because you didn’t raise the turn. Someone wrote a post recently about not slow playing monster but non-nut hands, you should go read that
lol totally. I may have owned myself by making too specific an inference about what it meant for Villain to call the flop overbet.
