No. You are not allowed to transfer chips to another player. This prevents players from opening multiple accounts and gifting the chips to their main account to create a massive bankroll.
However you are allowed to purchase chips as a gift for someone else so if you wanna buy me a million chips go for it … lol

Deliberately losing to a friend to boost their account is illegal too. It is known as “chip dumping” and is a breach of several poker rules and if detected can, and should, get a player booted.
