I have a Step 2, 20K ticket

According to my Bank I have two Step 2 20K tickets that I have never ever seen a tournament they can be used for. I have tried to use them for 20K tournaments but they are not accepted. Are they a waste or am I doing something wrong?

Not all promotions are good (most on here are GREAT), these 4 steps is the worst i have seen, many tickets expired like 2 today, no one playing them…
