Had a problem trying to buy chips for a friend and 2 of the many support staff put me on the right track to changing my browser …in this case i chose “firefox” and that fixed several problems i have been having on my computer…thank you guys so much…it not only fixed my problem with replay but also fixed a problem on Ebay you guys are fantastic
