Top dog today on the free roll tourn. My chip count was over 12k at the end of the game. Everyone else was gone from the table. Then I was transferred to another table and said to wait for a seat. I waited but nothing happened, so I clicked on a open seat and it said to register. Well I already won on a table but I don’t see more chips or stats under my account, WHY?

Sorry for the trouble during this tournament. It looks like you also contacted us via email and Andrew was able to help get you a refund. I also show that you ended up receiving a 4,300 chip prize for coming in 15th. Screenshot is attached.
Hopefully that makes up for at least some of the frustration. I’ve also added your comments to a ticket we’re currently tracking for rebalancing issues, which is a piece we continue to tweak and improve.

Did you wait for the hand to finish, or did you try clicking the empty seat, then got the message you need to be registered, and then closed the table? If you’d have waited for the the hand to finish then the next hand you were sat down at: http://www.replaypoker.com/hand/replay/86765574 and you would have been able to resume play.
I’m guessing that message when you clicked the empty seat confused you and so it appeared that you’d lost connection to the tournament? Could that be the case?
