why is it taking so long to get tickets put in our bank i have 1 and won 2 more today but they havent shown up yet thanks retiredgimp

I checked our records and show that you received both of your tickets yesterday right when you were busted from the tournaments. Here is a screenshot of those entries:
I just gave it a test on my own account and the ticket showed up immediately. It’s possible you could have caught us during high traffic and there was a slight delay, but that shouldn’t take more than a minute to update, if that.
