What you mean? You have 1501 chips now. If you have less than 500 you can have new free chips. Than (when you have less than 500 chips) click on the button “Get Chips” and there you can get new free chips.

In settings you can see (and change) your own time zone.
When you log in before midnight in (the time zone you use) you get your bonus.
If you stay logged in untill midnight is passed, you get your bonus again.
Then you log out and go sleep maybe, if you log in again in the evening, you already had your bonus from that day.
You get the next bonus after midnight or the next day.
