when in a tournament on 7-28 the game froze what happened do i get my stake back

Which tourney was it? Was it a tourney that all players were frozen? You always can send an email to support@replaypoker.com and ask for refund, always send the tourney name and ID number with it.

I know some tourneys are reported already.

All requests for refunds must be sent to support@replaypoker.com or via the (?) icon on the website. When you request a refund please give us as much info as possible, eg. tournament name, id, date/time, what exactly happened etc. That way we can quickly investigate and determine if a refund is due.
