I reported twice on sunday Oct. 6th on this forum and e-mailed Mr. Andrew Morris twice on mon. Oct 10th, once in the morning and again late in the pm re: the 200,ooo plus chips that went missing from my account on Sun, Oct.6th Never heard back ???
Sunday (Oct.6th) they not work. Oct. 10th, donno. I think by oct. 10th, you get answear/check on thet. They do things by order and priority. If you keep send emails every day, you just slow the respond time down.
Im sure they contact you soon, and your problem can be solved any time as the chip movements logged to your acc.
