I was the 2nd person to register for this Sit & Go tournament with a 20K ticket (link below).
I was playing at other tables waiting for others to register.
After a while I thought it must not be a good day for tournaments since no one else signed up, so I tried to unregister. But the button was unresponsive so I couldn’t. So I refreshed the page.
When the page refreshed I saw that the tournament had been played, and had ended (I came in last, as one might expect).
I got no notifications and the page never updated as players signed up.
Can I get a new ticket due to the glitch or whatever happened or am I just screwed?
Hi, sorry to hear about the issue you had. Please check to ensure, your notification settings are on & you can send the issue via e-mail to support@replaypoker.com or the ? at the top of home page.
Hope this helps.
I played today a SNG. I was sitting on computer, looked to the lobby, waited for the start of my SNG, had sound on, no music, only for the table after it starts, but i missed the first hand. There came no message, no sound, nothing. Not easy to catch the start there.
Hi Poki, Its’s possable this could grow to be a wide spread issue if not corrected soon. The sooner the tech team know of the issue the quicker they can check on. Will you please send info including sng ID if poss to support@replaypoker.com. Thanks for your help and gl at the tables.
Support wrote me some months ago it is not needed to write them what is on forum to read. Team looks to forum.
I played now a 2.5k buy in SNG for test. I had 2 screens on for Lobby and Tournament Lobby. I saw the players joining, the SNG starting, the players playing, but i didn’t open the table. I got no message or sound because the start of my SNG. I started then playing and was on end in the money, place 3, nothing lost, ok. Hours earlier i played a week 2 MTT, and got there a message because start.
So sorry for the issues. You are correct, the Team checks the forum, but players will get more efficient responses when writing in to support@replaypoker.com, and emailing our Support Department is still the official channel we consider for reporting issues. I hope it’s a better gaming experience for you today.
