what are tournament points, I must have a billion of them but never see where they are worth anything?

Tournament points are awarded in the games you play, and if you go from the Dashboard to the promotions page and click on the tournaments you play, you will see that chips are awarded either weekly or monthly (depending on the tournaments played) and if you play these games regularly you often get a nice bonus at the end of the week/month.

Yeah, they go towards the leaderboards, which are linked on the promotions page.
You don’t have a billion, they reset to 0 after a year (for the yearly leaderboards) but look like they reset every month on the monthly boards, and every week on the weekly boards.
