I am now convinced that Frosty The Snowman sets a bad example for small children.
When ordered by a traffic control officer to “Stop” you should come to a complete stop and wait until allowed to continue. Not just pause for a moment and then continue on your merry way, regardless of the weather conditions.
In some areas that could result in dangerous consequences.
