Maybe you should have a contest where your players suggest ideas for new contests. I’m guessing it’s hard to come up with new contest ideas all the time, why not let your forum members help you a little?

“Bonus bounty”. Every day a staff member joins one of the bounty tournaments at the last minute. Anyone knocking out the staff member gets double the normal bounty bonus!
How about a contest of every type of poker. Best overall winnings with HI/low Omaha, Royal, Omaha, 7 card etc.
