Table freezes, locks up

Agree, that is the problem and needs to be resolved very soon. Hopefully it will when we go to the new URL :palms_up_together:

It’s 100% not people’s internet. It’s been happening consistently to a bunch of players over the course of the same time period. Plus it always freezes after the winner of a hand gets paid. Hopefully they can fix it in a timely manner it is extremely frustrating since it happens quite often

Another glitch which I’ve noticed the last couple of days is not being able to change the Search Options when you click the option, it immediately closes.

And this which is on the Lobby page also immediately closes when clicked.

Just tried to send a message to Support using the (?) and it’s disabled. It’s just getting better and better, Great!

haha yep when i try to open to see tickets etc it does here’s a little tip when you log out of replay USE YOU BACK ARROW KEY ON BROWSER it will then take you back through all the pages you visited during replay keep pressing the back arrow top left corner on the browser you would be surprised how many pages are still open after you log out

one last thing I think would be good is a page in the community where I can scream shout curse everything I can’t do on the table that way you can let it all out lol without getting blocked muted or whatever but the page has to be seen by those in replay who make the decisions as a way of seeing all complaints and hopefully fix any problems that arise cuss scream whatever at least it takes the heat out off the table and saves the community from reading inappropriate news flashes lol Plus my cat wont get kicked any more lol JOKING I don’t have a cat no the ferret ate him

Now that we are on the new URL, I’m curious if anyone is seeing any table’s freezing?

Yes, tables freezing more, having to reload to get back in. Even more annoying, is that I mostly play HU SNG’s. It’s not uncommon for it to take 20 minutes or so for someone to sit down to play. I was okay with that because I could be doing something else, and the computer via replay would let me know that my game was starting. Not anymore. So, tonight I’m out 100K, because I was reading, decided I would unregister because no one had joined, and low and behold the game was almost over!!! I realize this is a free site, and they need to do what they have to survive, but maybe they could have let us know about that change, and if there are any others changes that have happened.

If you feel you didn’t get you’r notification of table starting, I can only suggest send an e-mail to support@replaypoker.com . explain the details and request a refund.

I froze once tonite (so far) in the 2245 100K Community Freeroll, several hands before Hand #1178421456. I Right click and select Refresh when I notice it, but you have to be quick if it happens in the middle of a hand you want to play.

it is more anoying if you play ring tables…no refund there

For me the most annoying part is that a refund can’t make up for opportunity cost.

Sure, I could request a refund for the other night when my AQ suited timed out on the bubble of a 250k tourney

But that won’t bring back the 2 hours I spent reaching that point, nor will it return my lost EV from missing my best chance to double (I bubbled not long after that).

Still, I try to take it in stride and see it as the cost of playing online poker… would be great if it happened less tho :confused:

Something new happened today in the WILDHORSES League.

Replay trying to reconnect after a freeze, the reconnect screen kept flashing like the

Fourth of July.

It was having severe difficulty reconnecting.

Another player said it took three attempts while I lost count with all the flashing.

I commented that Replay should strongly consider delaying RPOS until their site runs smoothly.

Even the Chat box cut out half my message after the freeze.

So, we’re certainly hesitating as a collective group of players in more ways than one.

To the powers that be, hear our message to strongly consider delaying RPOS.

Try refreshing the URL next time and see if it stops the reconnecting screen.

To refresh the URL, I just click the URL and hit enter.

I have seen this as well a long time ago, a couple of times. Thought it was a connection issue & @smooth99 is right, refreshing url works. However we should not have to figure out how to recover from a problem with the games running smoothly. :sos:

Still happening, and the last time this was going on it only took them 3 month to fix it. You never know they might have it fixed for Christmas IF we’re lucky

yep, it’s a real pain you can get the chips back but sometimes it happens, and you lose the game where you would have made more chips if you didn’t lock up are having to go in and out to try to get back into the game life’s hard sometime going with the flow at times can be a real pain

After successful log in the ring game would not load even after waiting 15 min. The computer did absolutely nothing. Is this a problem with my computer or the website in general? I’ve never had this problem before.

thought the same thing i have a very good processor and strong internet provider and the same thing happens to me missing hands or losing on cards that would have been probable/sure winners very annoying when the screen freezes also tired of the table shuffles seems like i am the one who is placed in the small blind or excluded some other way missing hands thought for a while i was being punished for some transgression in the game

done that got the chips back but lost the game
