wHEN PLAYING IN THE Sunday Million I tournament. TODAY WHEN WE WENT TO THE MAIN TABLE THE FIRST TWO HABDS I WAS DELT I NEVER SEEN AND WAS CHARGE ANTIE. iTS HARD TO PLAY WHEN YOU CANT SEE YOUR CARDS… I MAY HAVE WON THE TOURNAMENT IF ABLE TO PLAY.

Sorry to hear this happened to you during the tournament. We’re not aware of any major site issues that occurred at this time, so it could have been a connection issue or some other temporary glitch. Glad to see it sorted itself out though and you ended up placing second in the tourney.

I HAD A CONNECTION AND CARDS WAS DELT TO EVERYBODY BUT MYSELF AND IT TOOK MY ANTE AND I WAS NOT DELT ANY CARDS AND LOST 3000 TO 6000 CHIPS MY NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY.

I understand what you’re saying and I’m sorry you had trouble during this tournament. We don’t know what caused this problem, but it looks like you placed 2nd and were awarded 454,427 chips, so you still came out ahead.
