Can you start fresh with a new account, a new picture, a new user name, but still be able to transfer the chips you have won in your old account into your new account?

You may deactivate your account and start a new one, but you cannot transfer your chips. A new start is just that!

I think you can change your name… once. You can change your picture as often as you want. No need to start a new account.
