Does anyone have trouble with closing the lobby when they want to sign out of replay?

Been having a little trouble also, with a couple of things, thought it was my computer but ppl. been saying some things like you and site working to fix things.
no trouble signing out but having trouble with freezing AGAIN

The problem is and has always been when I finish a game and want to sign out of replay it says to WAIT and seems freeze.
