Slow dancing was the only kind of dancing my husband would do with me. He always said
that if you didn’t need to get a room after a slow dance, you obviously weren’t dancing with right person.

Stewart has done some really great covers. This is a MUCH older song (Fred Astaire sang it in a movie), but I prefer Stewart’s version.

I bought this album in 1976 when it came out…one of those purchases where one buys it on the strength of one song. A time when it was a bit of a risk to part with those hard-earned teenage dollars for a whole album just for the one song. Guess I was a gambler before I was old enough to gamble! Johnny Rivers had his last top forty hit (called ‘Swayin’ To The Music’) with it a year after these guys wrote it.
