My solution was; When players noticed one of the user to do thet , simply told to others what they think… then we all agree not to play until this user lost his chips by raise on the blind. One blind for me one blind for the other player. :)))) Let him to do it, who cares , he pay the buy in and he lose it.

blueslide1 - In your example here why not get a small lead and post and fold yourself. Use Pummelr’s tactics against him.
A similar tactic and I think better. Play the normal game until the last 4 players with higher blinds make your agreement to blind out the post and fold player. If the seat is a different color you can recognize these players earlier and make your agreement earlier with all players.

Yeah Pummelr, you have to understand that people are on this site just to have fun. I have spoken to several other players about you, and let me be honest, you are quite disliked. I give you credit for your rank; you’ve definitely been on the site longer than me. However, you are not a better poker player than I am, and I’ve proven that time and time again. My point is being competitive is good, it makes the game more entertaining, but saying obscene things to me through the private message system is wrong and its going to stop, this is your warning. So lighten up, take one on the chin, and when someone makes a comment during a poker game, don’t go blowing it out of proportion and saying stuff like “I have a .308” (a gun) and “where is your address”. Saying those things only confirm our assumptions that you’re an idiot.

thats how pummelr got his chips in the first place, b4 i resolved the auto post in tourneys…sit out and place, your stats mean nothing…keep sitting out, and i will keep collecting your blinds, while i am PLAYING cards gl with all that smack talk too, know it alls…
Auto post has done nothing in tournament play. The color change has helped with the the “Post and Sit out” situation. Now my goal is to not allow a player to win a hand if he is not at the table. Why? If he is not there, he can’t turn over his cards. RP’s dealer should muck them not turn them over for missing player.
The player has paid for the seat and loses chips every round. The fact that they can still win a hand is up to the other players and their lack of betting (except for the last hand, when you must beat them).
This practice isn’t here only, it’s part of the game. It has no negative impact to possible chips won or placement. I’ll listen…
DoorGah you are mostly correct. The only way a missing player can win a hand is if he is in the big blind with no callers. If called he is not there to turn over his cards, therefore the cards are mucked. The dealer should not be allowed to play a missing players hand.
Whether or not its legit or common doesn’t matter. I have accidentally missed tourneys, although rarely, and therefore I really cannot bash the players. But this is a FREE site where people come to play GAMES, therefore, I think RP should just eliminate players who are absent and are about to place for chips. This would just be more appealing to me, and I’m sure most of the RP community would be fine with it, but whatever. I was so annoyed when my 70k was given to a ghost that I don’t even play tourneys anymore.

I haven’t been here long enough to observe the “Ghost” players though find them not to be wanted, even if they are playing for me. If someone puts their chips in and wants (or has) to sit out, that doesn’t bother me or the game. It actually should move along faster with the same end result. Once the blinds get up in value the no shows are gone. If you had 6-7 no shows etc. all the time, it would be another story. I want to play live players… overlook the no shows, if they beat you it’s your own fault.
If you miss or sit out 10 hands in a row you should be thrown out of the tournament.
