Looks like a bug, I sent email to the staff, they will look at it. Thanks for the report. May additional info help, like browser, PC, op sys, adobe version.

Sorry for the trouble. This is a known bug that we’re currently tracking and it looks like it’s on the list to be fixed this week. I’ve added your comments to the ticket, so hopefully we can get this one sorted out soon.
