No all in before the flop

I’m pleased to say, the Pot Limit Pre-FLop, No Limit, Post-Flop tables are now live! We’ve called them, simply, Mixed Limit (ML) tables and you can find the following in the Ring Game lobby now (http://www.replaypoker.com/lobby/rings):

Black Pearl 5/10 Faceted Onyx 25/50 Deep Red Ruby 100/200 Gachala Emerald 1k/2k Yogo Sapphire 5k/10k Precious Opal 20k/40k

We’ve also changed the Bankroll Builder Tournaments from No Limit to Mixed Limit. More info about these tournaments can be found here: http://www.replaypoker.com/promotions/bankroll-builder

Enjoy!

The more different games the better. But please leave ML to freerolls or the bankroll builder. The common strategy that I see here in tournaments is limp/cold call/min raise on the flop and on every other street just to see a flop or catch your miracle card for the backdoor flush etc. The only way to fight back to that strategy is to put pressure at your opponents and take away their pot odds. ML in every stage of the tournament encourages the loose-passive players and gives a disadvantage to the tight-agressive Players.

Just my 2 € cents

Thanks for the feedback, we’ve got a bit more discussion going on here too: http://support.replaypoker.com/replaypoker/topics/mixed_limit_a_mix_of_a_mistake_with_trying_to_improve_the_gameplay

We don’t have plans to roll out Mixed Limit more widely, and we’re happy to simply offer it as an alternative for those that prefer the format.
