I was moved during tourney and was deducted the blind but received NO cards! Hand #91521099. This is not the 1st or even 10th time that this has happened to me. I know quite a few people have said that they have the same thing happen to them numerous times, just like I have. Please take the time to look into this and see if the problem can be rectified. Thanks very much. Also, I still have not received reimbursement for my 15K ticket yet (email sent morning of May 26/14). ~ LadyDi999
This is a known issue and I’ve just added your details to the bug ticket we’re tracking. I can see it’s on our list to fix this week, so hopefully you won’t encounter this problem going forward.
