i lost all my poker points or (money) about 75,000 were do I file a complain

You can go to your dashboard , its a questionmark on the right upper side of the page. there.

Check your bank first. Check your buy ins. Also you could check private messages , the chips may confiscated, if that, should be a message for you waiting.
