Tonyh121: did you take a note of the hand id, so we can check the replay? Or did you say anything in the chat at the time (that we can search to find the hand)? It’s highly likely you misread the hand as we’ve had no reported problem in the hand evaluator for as far back as I can remember

Today, about 2 minutes ago, clicked on QuickPlay for the first time ever to see how it works, and it brought me to table GERMANRELIABILITY. I didn’t play a hand, just closed the window, and when I went to play on a different table, my balance was down from 138,000 to 0.

We’re experiencing another delay with chips being returned to the bank when leaving the tables. I’ll keep posting updates on the main site, but for now we know that it’s affected when players leave ring game tables and also daily bonuses.
As happened about two weeks ago, transaction are simply delayed and awaiting processing. We’re trying to understanding what’s causing the problem, but rest assured all transactions WILL be processed shortly (no chance of any player losing a single chip).
Final update - 25 players experienced a slightly longer delay (after I posted my last message), but thankfully all their delayed transactions are now processed too.

or so never left table with me, then 10 minutes later went in sat down they showed, played a few hands and left and then was charged for the chips again
We had further issues last week, but they’ve now all been resolved. We audited the bank records and made sure any chips not returned immediately, did end up getting returned. Hence, your bank balance should now be correct - if for any reason you disagree do let us know and we’d be happy to take a look at your account.
