2 days ago there was a problem with it for a few hours. When you left the table chips were not added to your bank roll and same with the daily bonus those hours. After a couple of hours the problem was solved and all players got their missing chips on their bank automatically. Most players got it immediately after solving the bug, for some it took awhile longer. It is possible you not saw that it was added hours later, but it is also possible some transactions are still in cyber world.
To be sure i’ll send an email to Andrew (support) and will ask him to check your daily bonus from the last few days.
The nick name here is an old name, better change it here in Mo444 also. and use the same name for the site and for cummunity support.
Click in this topic on your name in blue to go to your community support profile, there you see all comments you wrote and on the left the button “edit profile”
Click on it , change your name, you can upload an image also, scroll down and save it.
