So I was playing high stakes, and somehow the website froze up severely for almost an entire minute. So frustrating. It was on the river and I don’t even recall calling. This is the third time in two days ( I had just bought 200K chips, all which I lost this morning! ) What do I do> What can you possibly do? As you know, I’ve been a member for quite some time and this isn’t the first incident of this type that has occurred.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We reviewed much of your activity from this day and we had difficulty identifying where the problem was, typically site issues will affect the entire table and not just one person. Even so, you’ve been a great supporter of the site, so we’ve reimbursed your account for these chips that you lost.
