Loss of chips

After entering the 7:45 am CST Daily Million Satellite, I was unable to access my table. Please refund my chips. It has been running 40 minutes now and I am stalled at 67%.

Very sorry for the trouble earlier today! We were experiencing some difficulties due to network issues that our infrastructure provider (SoftLayer) had to deal with on their end.
