Strange, but I have apparently lost Internet connection twice in two games recently. In both games I had a huge hand and was very likely going to win really big pots. Just as i go to call their all ins I lose connection and my hand is folded. Then I sit helplessly watching the pot go to the other guy??
Always close that window and launch it again. Works for me.

If you lost internet connection twice how could you see pots going to another player ? It’s not a Replay issue but you can try by contacting support@replaypoker.com
I don’t know, and I have of course had games freeze. This was weird as I was going to likely win a big pot both times, I was playing in tournaments both times. The system just folded my hand right before I was going to click to call their bets. Very irritating for sure!

It was a Replay problem as said in another thread. Security problems.
