I now get a popup to accept the cookies when I try to login and play, which I can’t accept no matter what I click… So I can’t login. I cleared my history, cookies etc but it still pops up and I can’t click it no matter what. Neither option (accept cookies/manage options) works and it just stays there.
If I go the forum and push the button to login, it does go through without the popup and I can login so I do it this way but it’s annoying. Anyone else have this problem?
For me it came in mid of playing the Bust The Staff MTT today. I looked to a player profile and got then this popup:
It came then on all pages i opened, and on go out of Replay and open it new too. This problem started in March and there was a thread because it:
I have it now fixed for me. I deactivated DuckDuckGo Privacy:
and started Replay new. The PopUp is now away. DuckDuck is now on again, no problem. In March helped me the same.
Thank for the answer. It seems that’s not working for me, I can’t get rid of the popup no matter what I do. Can’t click it, so the site is unavailable until you click it but I can’t… neither options. Disabled my vpn etc but nothing. Never ever had this happen before only on the Replay site. I wonder if anybody else has this? I don’t mind it popping up, but the pop up is not working lol that’s the frustrating part.
Try blocking javascript. I use NoScript but there are others and you can do it in some browsers. In NoScript I allow casino.org, replaypoker.com, and gstatic.com nothing else. I get no popups. Ymmv.
Cheers!
Thanks for reporting this! This problem is now fixed but please let us know if you’re still having issues.
I’m still having issues… that pop up is still there and not going anywhere no matter what I click. Still can’t login the normal way due to this.
There may be a cookie/cache issue now that the fix is in – can you let us know if you are still unable to close it after clearing those? Thanks!
It seems it’s working now, thank you.
I would like to k ow why i have to enter my pw everytime i log in…we never use to have to do that? I find it annoying . Cookies are not a issue for me
Assuming you are logging in with a browser… when you log in to a pw protected website for the first time your browser usually will ask you if you want it to save your password. With the web address change you should have had to do that (once). That behavior can be changed in your browser settings. If you are using private mode the password sometimes will not be saved. If you clear your browsing data that will delete your password. Take a look at your browser settings to see if the setting to offer to remember passwords is turned on. Since you have to repeatedly enter your pw you should be getting asked each time you log in if you want your password saved. Hope this helps.
Cheers!
