Replay needs to get their 
together - why the heck do tourneys/SNG’s always freeze but ring games are still up and running??

Happened to me a few times, wasn’t my connection or anything. Sometimes I notice it lags more on my older laptop if I’m playing in a game, and have the main Replay website open in another tab in the background. The website seems to be quite demanding, especially when in the Lobby page. Closing it helps, just an idea maybe if you’re in the same situation. Also I got two strange messages about Chip refund, apparently due to some “downtime” in a couple of tournaments I joined, but I never experienced any downtime, so that was a strange one.
