Issue with logging in from IPhone or IPad

Since the site changed to casino.org, when I log in from my iphone or ipad, I end up at

https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/manifest.json .

This page has the following on it:

I do not encounter this issue when I log in via my computer.

Hi, I’m sorry you are having log in issues on phone unfortunately, I have not used the phone app and can’t help troubleshoot the problem. I suggest sending this info to support@replaypoker.com

Unfortunately, moderators, player reps and translators are player volunteers and are not employees of the company. We do not have access to any of the inner workings of the site.

The easiest way to contact support is to click on the question mark icon at the top of the pages of the main site and then click on “contact us”. In my experience the support staff is highly responsive. Hope this helps.

Our Tech Team just deployed a fix to fix this error when accessing the mobile site for some Apple users. If you’re still having issues, please refresh your page and it should direct you to the proper URL. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I can’t get into the site either. I get the same message jim1962 was getting. I only use an IPad to play and have a lot of chips I purchased. I already cleared my cookies but still the same message.

I found a work around. I go to the top of my IPad where the URL is, then delete the the end portion (manifest.json)

https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/manifest.json

Hitting return then gets me into the site.

btw, the “fix” didn’t work. Do better…

Brilliant! Good eye. There have been way too many web address errors in this transition. The transition team seems to have forgotten about the Seven P’s and the Seven T’s:

Proper
Prior
Preparation
Prevents
Piss
Poor
Performance

AND:

Test
Test
Test
Test
Test
Test
and then…
Test AGAIN

I will give your suggestion a try.

I play a lot on mij phone but i can not loggin in. I removed the app, started mij phone again and installed it again. Still not working. Any idees? TY. Theo

I can’t help you with the issue the app your phone and Replay login have right now, but as a work around try logging in using your phone’s browser rather than the app until the issue is resolved.
Here Replay web login
I log in there on my iPhone because there is no iPhone app yet.
This is in no way a fix but hopefully Replay will help you sort your app issues soon.

You can contact support and include details of the problem via e-mail to support@replaypoker.com
They will assist you with the issue.

@theoxxl If you are trying to log in on an I phone, Please check out this thread. Another member has found a work around for this issue.

I may be a bit confused but, are you having this problem using an Apple I Phone? If so please try the thread above to possibly resolve.

There is no app for iPhone, moderator merged the android app issue into the iPhone thread.
