Unfortunately, moderators, player reps and translators are player volunteers and are not employees of the company. We do not have access to any of the inner workings of the site.
The easiest way to contact support is to click on the question mark icon at the top of the pages of the main site and then click on “contact us”. In my experience the support staff is highly responsive. Hope this helps.

Translators ensure that the site is available in the languages of our international players who are not fluent in English. They keep the languages up to date and ensure that non-English speaking players are able to enjoy the site in their native language.

I can’t get into the site either. I get the same message jim1962 was getting. I only use an IPad to play and have a lot of chips I purchased. I already cleared my cookies but still the same message.
Brilliant! Good eye. There have been way too many web address errors in this transition. The transition team seems to have forgotten about the Seven P’s and the Seven T’s:
I play a lot on mij phone but i can not loggin in. I removed the app, started mij phone again and installed it again. Still not working. Any idees? TY. Theo
I can’t help you with the issue the app your phone and Replay login have right now, but as a work around try logging in using your phone’s browser rather than the app until the issue is resolved.

I log in there on my iPhone because there is no iPhone app yet.
This is in no way a fix but hopefully Replay will help you sort your app issues soon.
