For refunding chips please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. or use the ? in the header.
They can investigate it and refund when needed. Tell the tourney name (id number) buy-in and explain what happened. You was not able to open the room from starts of tourney? Or you had problems when you switched tables?
Also when you can not connect a table you can try to do it manualy. Close the table and the tournament lobby. Open on your dashboard the lobby again (link upper right) and push “play now” again or double click on your name in the list there.
