Hi Jack,

Sorry for any confusion here. I looked at your activity for the tournament and our records show that you were only active for 38% of the hands during this tournament – you would have to be active for at least 50% in order to earn tournament points.

Hi Leslie, I’m not sure what you mean when you say I was only active 38% of the hands? I do remember I was getting lousy hands and folding most of the time!

Lesley’s on holiday this week, so let me jump in to reply. What she means is that we have a rule now that you need to be active (ie. sat at your table) for at least 50% of the hands of the tournament in order to qualify for tournament points. From our records it showed you were only there for 38% of the hands, the rest you must have been away. Does that sound right?
