Hi Dogs, I put a post on here above some where but, I just purchased a new laptop as my battery was dying and had to be plugged in all the time. I now have a new HP using windows 10 as normal. This one is a Pavilion but is fitted with RYZEN 3. I’m not a computer bod but this makes everything instant. All the problems we have had, lag not enough time to make your bet, slow to load ETC I don’t have. I am so pleased with it and playing on this site now is a joy. In the UK it cost just over £400 so not very expensive. I hope this helps you get to enjoy it on here.
KR Bandit
Thanks Bandit: Yeah, I bought a new HP laptop $800 Australian less than a year ago but broke it. It was ok. TBH I hated it, bc I feel the overall build quality is low compared to my old TOSHIBA but it was decent. Unfortunately its just a trend from what I see in the market.
RYZEN 3 is the hard disk drive? I think mine had a decent HDD, like solid state or something. I havent been interested in PC/laptop tech for a long time, so im outa the loop. It wasn’t overly impressive by any means tho. This is what surprises me. The specs are much better than 10 or more years ago but it still takes a minute or more to load the OS? Im glad your happy with your laptop, and it does sound impressive.
Even on the new laptop the new tables were still terrible. Im sure it would make some difference tho. I have just lowered by expectations to virtually nothing so as not to be disappointed with the site.
There are so many bugs that still exist after months & months of reporting. The other day I noticed a pot was wrongly labelled 2s over 7s when it was 7s over 2s. This has been previously reported but its still broken.
Low-No expectations keeps me satisfied. I dont play much anymore anyway.
Good luck anyway and hopefully see you at the tables. KR Alan
They are getting better for the most part, but yes there are still lots of bugs. I’ve noticed not as many people are reporting problems here. I hope they are communicating via support, because there are still problems occurring regularly on the new tables.
The other night a friend got moved, in a MTT, to a new table and the players all had numbers. When I join a new table, the players have numbers but quickly turn into names. All he could see for at least 10 minutes was numbers (he said even player chat said player 2 won). I was watching that table and chatting, but eventually got moved to the table. When I did he said it was nice to see me, because the top half of the table had player names and pictures (players 3-8 were still just numbers). I’ve never experienced that problem myself, but it seems major to me. It’s really hard to play when you have no knowledge of who you are betting into or who is left in the hand.
Aside from that, there are just the normal complaints of being sat out, multiple cards on the board preflop and not being able to see all your hole cards. When I can’t see both hole cards, its usually because any face card is being covered by a template-looking, slightly smaller, white card with a cloud and maybe a house, that is slightly out of focus. These template-looking cards fall on the board and show up randomly in people’s hands too, even before the hand is turned over. You can tell the color, but not the suit of the card (might be a good reason to use a 4 color deck, lol). Though you can tell you have paint, you have to watch your hand strength to know how good your hand is. It is very hard to play this way.
I’ve also noticed that some MTTs show tournament stats at the table and others are not. I’d love to see MTT winner announcements again. Also, when you click on the “join now” on an announced MTT, the lobby comes up full page and can’t be shrunk. This means you lose the table you are playing on every time you want to look at the lobby, and have to bring it back up. I load all the lobbies I am interested in joining from the main MTT lobby to be able to flip around without losing all the open windows I am playing or watching.
I would also like see a button to send a friendship request on the player, at the table, like in the old tables. Yes, I can click through to their profile and request friendship that way, but yet again, it opens in a new window and I have to pull up my tables again. I find myself writing down names and (sometimes) getting around to looking them up after the fact.
I haven’t seen nearly as many problems as I did earlier, so they are getting better. Just some suggestions and things I’ve seen/heard lately. They can’t fix what they don’t know is broken…if you are having problems, please speak up.
I saw Player #8 once when I moved tables, but it quickly resolved to a name. I did report it to Support@ReplayPoker.com. I received a good response, too. Players–as with users of most new software products–are needed as beta testers, and that’s something I’m certainly willing to help with for the hours of free fun I’m enjoying on the site.
I agree - I want to help make these tables function the best. I love all my friends on this site and enjoy all the challenges the promotions provide. I keep testing to see how often I can play. I still can’t play anything for more than 40 min, other than hold’em, without a headache. This new promotion for royal and omaha hi/lo ring games has made me think that maybe if I switch from the brightest to the darkest, with my monitor darkened, maybe I’ll be at least be able to play continuously without taking a 40 minute break to avoid a headache. Just a hope, but I am still testing and hoping.
I have to say, that since fizzymint told me to play using Google Chrome, things have gotten much better, and although doing that was, and is, a terrifying experience,(still waiting for my computer to blow up) it has made playing easier. My biggest complaint would still have to be that many times hands end without knowledge of why someone won. Whether a new hand starts, or you’re whisked away to a new table, not being able to see why the hand was won or lost, especially if I’ve paid to see it, is just wrong. I’m all for a quick game, but that is something that really needs to be fixed. Anyone who has played against me knows I’m not an aggressive player, so if I’m brave enough to stay in, and lose, I would like to know why…
I had to darken the screen for hold em. More like an advertising-catch Your attention color. Seems out of place. A subdued background- with a “Table” in a Different subdued color is a dream that I still keep.
I am sorry; that is my mistake - I meant that I had sent them messages from/within the site directly and not through email. I created an email account specifically for the purpose of registering an account with this site (as I prefer not to use my regular daily email account for online poker), and I doubt I have accessed it since then.
I assume the equipment I have is simply too old/outdated to run the HTML5 tables. I’m using Windows 8.1 on a 2013 Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have tried installing Windows 10 a few times, but the installation failed each time. I have tried both in Chrome and Edge, disabled extensions and ad blockers, cleared cookies and cache, tried InPrivate (private) mode, but it does not work. I am able to replay my saved hands in the HTML5 table format, but new games on tables from the lobby will not load.
Can you no longer mute a player at the table?
I believe you can mute the player by clicking on their avatar then the speech bubble towards the right of the box

In the “Deep&Slow” Tourney Are there no more rebuys after first break for having less than the starting amount? Usually have option of possibly 2 add-ons. Just not an option now and whole table adds 10k in chips only…Have reported several weeks back & a friend did also. Haven’t heard anything. Is this the new norm?
Thanks for your latest comments, all! Bug fixes and performance improvements are on the way, and I’ll continue to post updates as things are squashed. Our devs are also currently focused on making our mobile client a better, more playable experience.
If you have persistent performance issues and haven’t written to us at support@replaypoker.com yet, I encourage you to do so. We’ve been collecting information about what players are using to access the game to see if there are any trends we can use for future improvements. Our support squad might even have a suggestion to get things working a bit better for you right away.
@FatnSassy - Chasetheriver is on holiday this week, but I’ll follow up with you on this question once I’m able to chat with him about the intended function of that tournament.
Now that all of our tables have been converted, it’s time to retire this thread. But we still need your feedback as much as ever!
Because this thread has gotten quite sizable and much of the information is obsolete, I’m closing this one and creating two new ones:
Bug Reports & Performance Issues
This thread is specifically for reporting any issues you encounter at the tables or the site. Rebalancing too quickly to see a hand, a full house hand strength reading incorrectly, or seeing extra cards on the table are all examples of items that would fit here.
This thread is for suggestions you’d like us to implement at the tables themselves. Examples of posts that go here would be color or font changes, being able to friend other players more easily, or customizable card backs.

All other requests can be posted as a new thread in the Suggestions & Feedback category – or better yet, do a quick search to see if someone has already suggested your idea and chime in as a reply. This includes questions about tournament structure, adding or changing tournaments or tables, site improvements as a whole, new game formats, etc.
You do NOT need to repost anything you have already shared on the forum already. We have compiled the suggestions, and we have a list of reported bugs.
Thanks to all of you for helping us make so much progress. I hope you’ll continue to share your thoughts so we can make Replay the best it can be.
