I am new to this site and to poker. I am having fun and learning slowly, I am a bit slow in replying to comments during the game as multi tasking is not my bag. Most of the players seem nice and friendly, however I did leave one table because there was a couple of keyboard warriors creating a dark cloud, but the beauty of the site is there is always another game. Keep up the good work.

Hi all,
I’m Barry.
I used to have jet black hair, (sadly no longer…sigh.) and my friends called me Blacky or Blackbar, so that’s where the name comes from.
I’m retired now after 49 years of factory work, the last 15 in upper management, and am having the time of my life. I front a band of fellow musicians and we play very long residencies around our local area, the longest being 10 years. I also write songs. I am a keen amateur photographer, I love the digital editing programs that are available now, great fun. I have had several articles published and am struggling to finish a book, a task which seems impossible at the moment.
Discovering Replay was a happy accident. In the five months I have been here I have learned a great deal about poker and have made good friends, among them some really good players. The staff and the moderators have been very helpful and are very quick to respond to complaints or queries. They bring a very welcome personal touch.
My favourite feature is the monthly leaderboard. So far I only play the low SNG but have been placed in the top 10 for the last three months so that gives me a standard to maintain and goals to strive for.
I am looking forward to many more happy months on Reply.

I only ever played on one other site but it was an introduction to a real money site and there was constant pressure to switch. I didn’t stay long.
I take it you like owls, me too, although I have yet to photograph one. There is one in our zoo but I’m not interested in taking pictures of captive birds. I’ll just have to pick my spot and stay up late some night.

Been on the site over 2 years and love it. the chat is great and staff also. Play BlackJack at the casino’s in vagas a lot. Been playing holdem more since joining this site and have done very well, IRS loves me now. Spqodog would love a Replay Hat and shirt to ware in vagas, did you have those made?

I have been a replay addict for 3 years now. I would like to stop but I just can’t seem to help myself.
Nah but seriously I have learnt so much here and am very grateful for all the help from the players and staff/site.
In my spare time I surf, fish and play the Australian poker league. I have worked for most house building trades as a labourer. Spent 4 years in a aquarium store (did I mention I love fish!) love talking aquariums btw. And the last 4 years on the water as a boat detailer/painter and deckhand. Love boats.

Hello, I joined recently and this is my first forum post I find this site very addictive because of all the options for play. I have been playing online (only free chips, never real money) for around 10 years now. I’m here every day although I have to limit the time I play otherwise I would get nothing else done! Have met some interesting players and made some nice friends. Semi-retired now and love spending time with the grandchildren. I love the options for play here. If I’m in a hurry will play a few games on the ring tables or a heads up tourney but love the mmts when I have an hour or two to spare. It’s an exciting place to play
What was so offensive about a little humor? I bet this was flagged by one of the reps in question. Another example of over policing the site where it isnt needed. Whats next, a dress code?
