disconnected in mid play after making the final two and losing heads up because of some glitch in your system. After playing the tournament for over an hour it stinks when all that effort is lost to an unexplained disconnect. By the time i got back in the game was over and i came in second.

Do you remember exactly when you got the disconnection notice?
I see that coming second you lost out by 67,500 chips to 1st place. So, we’ll add this amount to your account now. I can’t say if the problem was our end or yours but we’ll take a look, and we want to make it easier to reconnect if your connection does drop momentarily.
