Why do I play Replay Poker or any poker? I play at Pokerstars 7 days a week & the reason for that is to fund my life. I started playing there in Feb of 2002 & before that for a few months at Planet Poker. I dont win huge amounts but I don’t very often lose over a month. It sure beats having to look your best to go to work. In the 20+ years I have never had to get a job & we live very comfortably. I play at Replay because I’m an addict & like to be a bit reckless sometimes. That’s something I NEVER do when playing for money.

The poker scenes in ‘Casino Royale’ got me interested. I didn’t understand how Bond won a game with 5 and 7 of spades. Not understanding what “straight flush” meant made me feel stupid, so I learned the rules of the game and eventually decided to start playing. Sometimes I wish I never started, because it can be very frustrating getting terrible pocket cards for five days straight, but most of the time I ask myself why I didn’t start playing many years earlier.

Seems I’ve played poker since I was bored (not born lol), almost 60 years ago. Real thankful for the online poker platform. Now don’t have to drive miles to play, only miss face-to-face but what the hay…LETS PLAY!!!

I am 83 yrs old and enjoy the game. I really see where some younger people get sort of upset when I would win a couple of hands in succession I play the game everyday. its a better life when you can enjoy the game with people from all over the world. I do not drink or smoke and I have lived a better life because of it.

I play poker because there is a sucker born every minute and i love luring people into a pot when they think i do not know how to play (especially REAL games) …Good Luck

poker s a great way to spend the time enjoying the challenges against other players
trying to outwit them and its free i find it very enjoyable.

I play poker because I like the game and I try to play better. But there is always someone that plays better. But I still try to play the best that I can. I will continue to play my best and I try to learn more. Thanks.

I play poker because, 16 years ago, I watched WSOP on TV and decided I needed to learn that game. I retired and played in some dives and other places
I should have kept out. I joined a poker league at a sports bar and every saturday
we would play. At least 35-40 players per saturday. It is a game of luck and patience, along with skill, bluff, timing , and position. You have to think and make quick decisons. It is fun, and challenging. I love the Game.
