I have had my computer checked and my service provider has sent a tec person to my home all is well on my end BUT when i log in and select a game my screen gos black i can hear the game in progress but cant see, i know i am not the only one to complain abouy the black screen whts going on ???

Sorry for the trouble. The black screen usually occurs when Adobe Flash Player is not up to date. You can install the latest version from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If after updating you still continue to get a black screen, you might try using a different browser and see if you have the same problem.
