The short answer is no. It is a genuinely random card dealer.
When a player with a very large stack seems to keep on hitting, there are two reasons for this. The first reason is the most obvious: he’s on a good run. We all enjoy good runs and suffer bad runs. The second reason is less obvious than the first. He’s the kind of player who keeps on playing after several good results. You will never see me with a huge stack, because I’m the kind of player who loses interest after a good win or two. I don’t want to lose winnings, so I retire for the day and go do something else. This guy is the opposite: he just keeps on playing, and because he’s in the “boom” part of the boom and bust cycle we all go through, he’s enjoying lots of good results in a short time. I have those spells, but my good results are spread out over several days or even weeks.
I definitely know how you feel. I never join a ring game when there’s a hugely stacked player. When a player is on a good run, they just hit everything.

I rather play against a big stack then small ones, can win more.
