Finished an Ironman Triathlon at 82 and still racing at 93. You are only as old as you feel.

So, I’m driving to the shops earlier, and stopped at a cross roads for the red light. While there, a very old looking Chinese woman and much younger woman came around the corner, it’s a slightly breezy day with a wee bit drizzle, as they walked around the corner carrying there shopping bags the old woman’s umbrella blew out. The younger woman grabbed it out her hand then proceeded to try and manually force the spokes back into place, the old woman watched her struggling for a few seconds grabbed it back and pointed it towards the breeze flicked her wrist and it popped back into shape, shook her head at the young woman, and they carried on there way, I wish I could have heard the conversation, probably something about grandmothers and eggs :slight_smile: or 4000 years of umbrella’s

Hopefully most have grandchildren to share memories with, knowledge and most of all fun times. It’s just a great part of being old
