I was playing in a Hold 'Em tournament (low stakes), and a guy at my table picked up the mucked cards one by one and looked at them. I don’t think he was still in the hand, but still, you just don’t look at the muck. That gives you information you didn’t pay for. After the third or fourth card, I grabbed his forearm and told him, “If you do that again, I’ll break your arm.” He didn’t do it again.
