Apathy abound

i have sent several emails concerning the problem I had with a tournament which was the sites fault. Evidently it is not important to you. I have been on the site for about a year and spent a good deal of money with you. I wouldnt have minded as much if the reply had been 1 that didnt agree with me but to be ignored is unacceptable. Sorry that you chose to have our relationship end
