I’ve had this occur a number of times in the past year and can only correct it by refreshing the web page (sometimes more than once). Other times, the game types are also crossed off.

Ditto here. Happens to me frequently, and I have to just refresh a few times usually.
It’s probably a hint that I should be playing low stakes…
